Meat setting

FOOD	SETTING	AT BEEP	SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

BEEF			Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts of
			meat should have the narrow or fatty areas
			shielded with foil at the beginning of a defrost
			sequence.
Ground beef	MEAT	Remove thawed portions with	Do not defrost less than 1/4 lb.
