Managing Hard Disk l Volume Setup

By using LG Network Storage Hard Disk Volume’s property, deletion, editing, and check is available.

※What is Volume? It has the same meaning as a drive in Windows.

※User can change the Hard Disk property of Network Storage.

A	Connect to Network Storage
	Web Menu -> Configuration
	-> Manage Disk -> Click
	‘Volume’

※ There can be as many as 4 Volumes.

Creating a new Volume

※‘Create New Volume’ will appear only when there is no Volume.

Connect to Network Storage Web Menu -> Configuration -> Manage Disk -> ‘Volume’ -> Click ‘Create new volume’

Select the Volume option you would like to add.

Click on ‘Create Volume’

※When configuring Volume, part of the Hard Disk will be assigned as LG Network Storage system. Therefore, after Volume configuration, the Volume disk size will be smaller than the Hard Disk.
