3.1SUBIR Y BAJAR DEL EQUIPO DE ENTRENAMIENTO

Si sube al equipo de entrenamiento por su derecha, sujete el manillar derecho con la mano derecha. Coloque el pie derecho en el pedal derecho y con cuidado pase el pie izquierdo por encima del equipo de entrenamiento, sujete el manillar izquierdo con la mano izquierda y ponga el pie izquierdo en el pedal izquierdo. Si está subiendo desde el lado izquierdo del usuario, proceda del modo contrario. Invierta el proceso para bajarse del equipo de entrenamiento.

3.2PAUTAS BIOMECÁNICAS

En el equipo de entrenamiento pueden realizarse dos variaciones de ejercicios. Para cada variación, es importante que siga estas pautas biomecánicas generales, así como las instrucciones específicas que se enumeran a continuación.

GENERAL

Los pies deben estar en posición cómoda, apuntando hacia delante en los pedales para que las rodillas realicen un movimiento hacia adelante (ni hacia dentro ni hacia afuera en ángulo) y las caderas no giren hacia fuera.

Mantenga erguida la espalda. No se incline hacia delante en la cintura.

En todo momento mantenga ambos pies en los pedales.

Si lo desea, deje que los talones se despeguen ligeramente de los pedales durante el movimiento.

No ponga rígidas las rodillas durante la rutina. Manténgalas ligeramente dobladas durante el movimiento.
