Stems are recommended for housings in s traight runs or p atterns and cables for

housings in patterns o nly. Both attac h to the housings at any point (exce pt at top

wireway covers), may be spaced up to 8 ' apart and ma y be shortene d in the

field. The cables have an adjusting collar to f acilitate leveling. St em length may

be increased 48" wit h the Stem Ex tension Kit. A s pecial coupler is in cluded to

strengthen the joint between housin gs.

Power is fed into the e nd of a straight run of housings w ith a Stem Kit. Power is fed int o a pattern of housings

at the Housing Splice Boxe s with a Stem K it or a Cable Kit w ith electrical feed. Power is als o continued fr om

one track run to anot her through the Housing/Splice Bo xes. Auxiliary Ele ctrical Connec tors, which are ordered

in sets with Housing/S plice Boxes, are re quired for power feed or power continuity at Housing/Splice Boxe s.
