KVM Switch - Before beginning, switch off your computers and monitor. Make the connections to the KVM switch and your computers as detailed below and then switch on your computers, your monitor and your speakers (if required).

Glows when this port is selected; flashes briefly while keyboard & mouse are detected

Press this button to switch ports
Microphone Connection (Pink)
Plug your microphone into this socket
Speaker Connection (Green)
Connect your stereo speakers here
Mouse Input
Plug your USB mouse into this socket
KVM Cables – Connect the integrated KVM cables from the switch to your computers as detailed below:
Video Connection Connect this plug to the 15 Way VGA port on your computer
Speaker Connector (Green) Plug this jack into your computer’s speaker output
USB Connector Plug this into an available USB port on your computer
Microphone Connector (Pink) Connect this to your computer’s microphone port
