Attaching the Wrist Cuff
and Posture During
Measurement
•The blood pressure is measured at the wrist. Therefore, rolling up the sleeve is no longer necessary.
•Wrap the wrist cuff around your left wrist with the display panel on the inside of the wrist.
•Pull the wrist cuff to fit wrist size and fasten velcro.
Wrist circumference:
Rest left elbow on a table so that the cuff is at heart level. Relax the lower arm across the table and remain still.
Perform measurements in either a seated or reclining posture with the left palm turned upward. The hard carry case should be used as an arm rest, with rubber grips facing down against the table.
