
To connect a digital source:
1Do any of the following:
•Connect an AES cable (XLR) to the AES/EBU In port on the back of a speaker.
•Connect a S/PDIF digital cable to the S/PDIF In port on the back of a speaker.
2Connect the other end of the cable to the dig- ital audio source (for example, a digital output from an
3Connect one end of a S/PDIF digital cable to the S/PDIF Thru port of the first speaker.
4Connect the other end of the S/PDIF digital cable to the S/PDIF In port of the second speaker.
5Set the back panel Channel Assign switch to L (Left) or R (Right) as appropriate for the loca- tion of each speaker.

The Volume Trim control lets you match the in- put sensitivity of speaker to the source.
If you are monitoring an analog input, make sure you have set the Analog Input Sensitivity switch to match the operating level of your in- put source
