Situazione 3: ProFire Lightbridge connessa come slave su ingresso S/PDIF

Può essere necessario utilizzare un dispositivo a due tracce come word clock master. Questo perché molti dispositivi digitali a due tracce, come i lettori di CD di largo consumo, non sono progettati per essere connessi come slave rispetto ad altri dispositivi e devono essere selezionati come word clock master nell’ingresso di segnale audio digitale.

Nella Figura 3 in basso, il dispositivo a due tracce digitale è configurato come clock master, con ProFire Lightbridge e altri dispositivi configurati come slave.
