Using the Installation Menu
PROGRAMMING PART 2 - AUTOMATIC PROGRAM
Your TV can automatically set itself for local
area (or Cable TV) channels. This makes it
easy for you to select only the TV stations in your
area when the CHANNEL (+), (–) buttons are
pressed.

Make sure the antenna or cable signal con
nection has been completed before AUTO
PROGRAM is activated.

Press the MENU button on the remote control
to show the onscreen menu.

Press the CURSOR UPv or DOWNwbuttons to
scroll though the onscreen menu until the word Install
is highlighted.

Press the CURSOR RIGHTubutton to
display the Install menu features.

Press the CURSOR UPv or DOWNwbuttons to
scroll through the Install features until the word
Auto Program is highlighted.

Press the CURSOR RIGHTubutton to
start the select antenna or cable mode.

When finished, press the EXIT/INFO button
to remove the menu from the TV’s screen.

To switch between Digital and Analog Channels,
use the A/D button on the Remote Control.
* Digital installation may take 20 to 40 minutes depending
on the no. of channels available.
When CABLE is selected, channels 1-125 are available.
When ANTENNA is selected, channels 2-69 are available.
When you install in Digital mode, it will install both Digital
and Analog Channels simultanecusly.
