Warranty Policy
EveryMakita tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. It is warranted to be free of
defectsfrom workmanship and materials for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.
Shouldany trouble develop during this one-year period, return the COMPLETE tool, freight prepaid, to one of
Makita'sFactory or Authorized Service Centers. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective
workmanshipor material, Makita will repair (or at our option, replace) without charge.
ThisWarranty does not apply where:
•repairshave been made or attempted by others:
•repairsare required because of normal wear and tear:
•thetool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained:
•alterationshave been made to the tool.
INNO EVENT SHALL MAKITA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
