| Open the fuel cock to discharge the fuel |

| from the fuel tank. |

| Remove the carburetor float chamber bolt |
|
| from the bottom and discharge fuel from |
|
| the carburetor. (NO SMOKING !) |
|
mRemove the spark plug, pour about 5 cc of engine oil into the cylinder, slowly pull the starter knob of the recoil starter 2 or 3 times, and tighten the spark plug.
Slowly pull the recoil starter knob until resistance is felt and leave it in that posi- tion.
Store the pump in a dry place free from
sand or dust.
Always keep the pump covered.
