Replace the Reservoir Lid.

Place the unit on a clean dry flat surface. Remove the Reservoir Lid.

3. Fill the Reservoir with up to 750ml (25 oz) of liquor or potion*. To Avoid Freezing: The alcohol content should be at least

70% alcohol to 30% mixer (that’s about 2 parts alcohol to 1 part non-alcoholic mixer).

5. Plug unit into standard 120volt outlet. Blue light at base of Handle indicates unit is chilling.

NOTE: Unit will begin chilling immediately when plugged in. Room temperature potions* will require:

2 hours to reach colder than ice temperature of 32˚F (0˚C). 4 hours to get to a minimum temperature of 15˚F (-9˚C).

Potions* from the freezer take minutes to achieve minimum temperature.

*Potion – Any cocktail mixture with a minimum of 70% alcohol.

HOW TO USE

To Dispense:

1. Place glass in center of drip tray under the Dispensing Spout.

2. Pull Handle down to dispense liquor.

3. Release Handle when glass has been filled to desired level.

To Refill:

1. Remove Reservoir Lid.

2. Fill Reservoir with up to 750ml (25oz) of liquor or potion.

3. Replace Reservoir Lid.

NOTE: The 750ml (25 oz) fill line can be seen about 1 inch from the top of the reservoir as a slight indent around the reservoir.
