Cargue con gas butano Ultratane™

Use solamente gas butano Master Ultratane con su pistola aplicadora de pegamento. No cargue el gas ni lo guarde cerca de flamas abiertas, calentadores, hornos o materiales combustibles. Asegúrese que la unidad esté fría antes de recargarla y que el interruptor esté apagado en «OFF». Cargue el gas sosteniendo firmemente la unidad con la boquilla de recarga hacia arriba. Inserte la boquilla en la válvula de carga de gas y oprima hacia abajo. Un movimiento de bombeo dará los mejores resultados (fig. 1). El gas se desbordará de la boquilla cuando el tanque esté lleno. Después de llenar, espere unos minutos antes de encender para que el gas se estabilice.

Instrucciones de encendido

1.Use solamente barras de pegamento de 12.5 mm (0.5 pulg) de diámetro. Inserte la barra de pegamento a través del túnel de la parte posterior de la pistola (fig. 2).

2.Empuje hacia arriba el control de flujo de combustible (fig. 3A) y gire la rueda a la derecha (+) lo suficiente para escuchar un ligero siseo (fig. 3B).

3.Oprima el interruptor de encendido para encender la flama. Sosténgalo oprimido de 5 a 10 segundos antes de soltarlo (fig. 4).

4.Después de encender, los elementos cerámicos dentro de la ventila de aire se calentarán al rojo (fig. 5). Incline la pistola hacia adelante sobre la pata plegable para soportarla. Espere unos minutos para que se caliente y funda y suavice el pegamento.

5.Gire a la derecha (+) el control de flujo para aumentar el flujo de combustible (fig. 6).

Aplicación de pegamento

1.Dirija la punta de la boquilla hacia cualquier superficie limpia y seca que quiera pegar. Compruebe que haya seleccionado el pegamento correcto.

2.Para aplicar el pegamento fundido, use una presión uniforme en el gatillo alimentador. Suelte el gatillo alimentador para detener el flujo de pegamento.

3.No presione excesivamente el gatillo alimentador.

4.Inserte barras de pegamento de 12.5 mm de diámetro en el mecanismo de transporte como sea necesario.
