INTRODUCTION
Please read this instruction manual carefully and familiarise yourself with your new electrical knife before using it the first time. Please retain this manual for future reference.

2.To protect against electrical hazards do not immerse knife in water or other liquid. Do not operate knife in water or under running water.
3.Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4.Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning. Disconnect when changing blades.
5.Avoid contacting moving parts.
6.Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7.The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
8.Do not use outdoors.
9.Do not let cord hang over ege of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
10.Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. Always handle blades with hand away from the cutting edge. Always store the blades with cutting edge away from you.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO OPERATE:
1.Keep the protective sleeve on the blades, carefully insert the free ends into the knife, and push into position until a click is heard. It will be found that pushing the blades by the finger grips will facilitate fitting.
2.Now remove the protective sleeve from the blades.
3.Plug to the mains.
