4.Depress the on/off button so that the knife will continue to operate. On releasing the on/off button, the knife will stop.
HOW TO REMOVE THE BLADES:
1.Unplug from the mains.
2.Fit the protective sleeve.
3.Depress the blade release button.
4.Withdraw blades carefully from handle, again utilizing the finger grips on the blades to facilitate removal.
HINTS OF USING:
Always use a carving board to avoid damage to the blades. Guide the knife through the food you are cutting, sawing or excessive pressure is unnecessary. Let the knife do the work. When the meat contains a bone, cut right down to the bone, but do not attempt to cut through it. The knife is not recommended for cutting the packing of frozen food.
IMPORTANT:
Never attempt to attach or remove the blades whilst the knife is plugged into the mains supply.
Never leave the knife unattended where children can reach it.
When not in use always keep the blades in their protective sleeve.
The knife is for household use only.
MAINTENANCE:
1.Clean the appliance with a dry soft cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, thinner or other harsh chemicals to clean the device
2.Never immerse the appliance into water and other liquids!
