FØR FØRSTE ANVENDELSE

Læs sikkerhedsforanstaltningerne grundigt igennem.

Rul ledningen på kaffemaskinen helt ud, før du tager kaffemaskinen i brug.

For at skylle de indre dele af kaffemaskinen igennem bør du fylde vandbeholderen med vand og lade det løbe igennem, før du anvender kaffemaskinen til at brygge kaffe på.

BRUG

Løft dækslet (1) til vandbeholderen, og hæld forsigtigt den ønskede mængde vand i vandbeholderen (2). Luk dækslet.

Sæt et filter (størrelse 1 x 4) i filtertragten (3), og fyld kaffe eller te i det. Skub filtertragten på plads.

Skyl evt. indersiden af termokanden (5) med kogende vand i ca. 5 sekunder. Derved opvarmes termokanden, så den holder bedre på varmen. Vær forsigtig med kogende vand, så du undgår skoldninger!

Sørg for, at låget til termokanden er fast lukket, og anbring derefter termokanden på pladsen under filtertragten (3).

Tænd for kaffemaskinen ved at trykke på knappen ON (7). Indikatorlampen (9) lyser nu, og kaffemaskinen starter.

Når kaffen er færdig, kan termokanden tages ud og f.eks. sættes på bordet. Den automatiske drypstopfunktion (4) sørger for, at der ikke drypper kaffe fra filteret ned på kandeholderen.

Hold altid termokandens låg fast lukket, når du ikke hælder kaffe op, så kan termokanden holde kaffen varm i flere timer.

Med indikatorknappen (6) på termokandens håndtag kan du – hvis du vil – angive, om kaffen i termokanden er almindelig kaffe (angives med bogstavet R for "regular") eller koffeinfri kaffe (angives med bogstavet D for "decaf").

RENGØRING

Før rengøring skal stikket tages ud af stikkontakten, og kaffemaskinen skal køle af.

Filtertragten og termokanden kan vaskes af i almindeligt opvaskevand.

Selve kaffemaskinen rengøres bedst med en let fugtig klud med varmt vand tilsat lidt opvaskemiddel. Kaffemaskinen må ikke nedsænkes i nogen form for væske!
