Positioning the microwave
The microwave oven should be placed on a flat surface, with clearance of at least 10 cm from the rear of the microwave oven, 5 cm from the sides, and 20 cm above it to ensure sufficient ventilation. Do not remove the feet of the microwave oven.
This oven is not suitable for fitting in, and you must check that the vent holes on the top of the cabinet are not covered. If they are covered while the microwave oven is in use, there is a risk of

PREPARING THE MICROWAVE OVEN
Each individual microwave oven is checked at the factory, but for safety’s sake, after unpacking the oven, you should check carefully that the microwave oven has not been damaged during transport. Check whether there is any visible damage (e.g. in the form of dents or similar), that the oven door closes properly, and that the hinges are in order. If it appears that the microwave oven has been damaged, you must contact the shop where you bought it, and do not use it until it has been checked by an authorised specialist.

•Press the Clock button once. The hour number flashes.
•Press the setting buttons to set the hour. If you do not do anything within 5 seconds, the clock saves the current hour number and moves on to the minutes.
•When the hour is set, press the Clock button. The minute number flashes.
•Press the setting buttons to set the minute. If you do not do anything within 5 seconds, the clock saves the current minute number.
•When the minute number is set, press the Clock button. The clock is now set, and the colon between the hour number and the minute number flashes to show that the clock is going.
•If you do not want to use the automatic start function, it is not necessary to set the clock.
Installation of the glass turntable
Before using the microwave ensure that:
•the turning ring (6) is in the recess around the spindle (7), and that
•the turntable (11) is fitted to the turning ring (6).
Be careful when placing hard or heavy containers on the glass turntable, and never prepare food (e.g. bacon) directly on the turntable. Direct heat, bangs or knocks may cause the glass to crack or break. Never place very hot food or very hot utensils on the turntable if it is cold or cold food or utensils on the turntable if it is very hot.
OPERATING THE MICROWAVE OVEN
The microwave oven is operated in the following way.
•Place the food to be cooked in the microwave oven and close the oven door (10).
•Select the cooking function and any power, weight and cooking time on the operating panel (3) (described in detail below).
•Cooking can be interrupted at any time by pressing the Pause/cancel button on the operating panel. Cooking can also be interrupted temporarily by opening the oven door. Cooking that has been temporarily interrupted can be resumed by pressing the Instant/start button.
