Tips about the electrical cord

A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is taken.

If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:

The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the ap- pliance,

The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drop over the counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by chidren or tripped over unintentionally.

Operating Instructions

1.Place your stove on a solid, safe surface. Do not place it on a glass surface or a fine- ly finished wood surface.

2.Place a heat resistant pad or mat under the unit before using it to prevent possible heat damage to counter or table top.

3.Plug the cord into the electrical wall outlet and turn the thermostat to the desired heat setting (heat selection from 1 to 6).

4.Turn the thermostat to lowest setting (0 po- sition) when finished. Then unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.

Cleaning Instructions
