TV OPERATION

Make sure the EXT/BATT/ CHARGE switch is set properly (see page 5). Slide the TV/ OFF/RADIO switch to the TV position to turn the TV on.

Slide the BAND switch to the		Tune a desired TV station by
desired setting:		turning the TUNING control ❶ and
VL:	Channels 2–6	adjust the VOLUME control ❷ as
VH	Channels 7–13	desired.
UHF	Channels 14–83

Adjust the rod antenna for best picture.

Adjust picture controls, as described below, for best picture.

Slide the TV/OFF/RADIO switch to the OFF position to turn the TV off.

NOTES:

•When you change channels, the telescopic antenna may have to be re-adjusted for best picture.

•If reception is poor, even after adjusting telescopic antenna, use an external antenna. See page 5 for details.

PICTURE CONTROLS

V-HOLD:

If the picture moves up and down or rolls, rotate to adjust the verti- cal hold.

BRIGHTNESS:	CONTRAST:
