Bliver det n¿dvendigt med en reparation eller udskiftning, anbefales det, at disse udbedringer udf¿res af kvalificerede personer godkendt af enten metabo eller deres repr¾sentant.

2Sikkerhedsanvisning

B¾r altid passende bekl¾dning (beskyttelsesbriller, arbejdshandsker, arbejdshjelm), nŒr De arbejder med denne mejselhammer.

F¿r De Œbner denne mejselhammer, skal De sikrer Dem, at trykluftslangen er afmonteret.

Det angivne arbejdstryk mŒ ikke overskrides.

St¿judsendelsen kan overskride 85 dB(A). Hvis det er tilf¾ldet, skal man anvende h¿rev¾rn.

3Betjening

Kontroller, at trykluften er t¿r, og at luftledningerne ikke indeholder kondensvand. V¾rkt¿jts ¿nskede slagkraft indstilles ved hj¾lp af indstillingsskruen. Anvend kun ulastelige mejsler og v¾r sikker pŒ, at mejslen passer til det emne, som skal bearbejdes.

Montering

Monter mejslen, hammerfjederen skal gribe fat i den forreste ende og skrues pŒ cylinderen.

For at udskifte mejsler skal hammerfjederen gribe fat i bagerste ende og skrues af cylinderen.

Vigtigt: For at undgŒ ophobning af st¿v og fremmedlegemer i mejseludtaget, skal udtaget sm¿res hver 2. arbejdstime med et par drŒber olie.

4 Luftforsyning

Arbejdstrykket for dette v¾rkt¿j b¿r ikke overstige 6 bar. Et h¿jere arbejdstryk og forurenet luft forkorter luftvr¾rkt¿jets funktionsliv og kan forŒrsage skader. Kondensvand i luftledningerne beskadiger et trykluftv¾rkt¿j. Dr¾n kondensvand fra trykbeholderen dagligt. Reng¿r filter pŒ trykluftv¾rkt¿jet mindst Žn gang om ugen. Det anbefales at montere en vandudskiller med tŒgesm¿rer i forsyningslinien.
