Check if:
[] the burners are assembled correctly.
[] the gas valve is open.
[] the burners are dry and clean.
[] the flame holes in the burners are clean and unblocked.
[] the igniter are wet.
[] the cooktop is plugged in and that the circuit breaker has not tripped. If lack of power is the problem, the cooktop can be lit with a match. See

[] Check whether the burners are assembled correctly.
[] Make sure the gas holes in the burner ring are clean and open.
