Installation Information

Client to provide the following connections:

 

Oven requires direct wiring from switchboard. Note: element wattage may vary by 5%

 

Water connection ½” BSP.

Drainage connection ½”copper drain pipe

Note:

Oven supply does not include canopies and flues as required by relevant authorities.

 

Bends or offsets in the flue restrict gas velocity and must be allowed for when designing

 

the flue height and diameter which will be dependent on the building and local

 

conditions.

 

 

Chimney flue to be taken to atmosphere 127mm diam.

 

Oven exhaust flue 200mm dia (canopy models), 100mm dia (non canopy models)

Clearance:

50mm clearance is required at back and sides of unit

 

Minimum 2900mm ceiling height

 

Floor:

A concrete or tile surface is preferred.

 

The floor area is to be flat to within 3mm over whole floor area.

Access:

Oven is supplied partially assembled to be fully erected on site.
