3.Гарантийное обслуживание распространяется на дефекты, возникшие в процессе использования изделия при условии соблюдения требований производителя по эксплуатации изделия и не выходящая за рамки личных нужд и при соответствующем напряжении питающей сети.

4.Гарантия не распространяется на:

a.расходные материалы;

b.естественный износ;

c.механические повреждения изделия или его частей;

d.повреждения, вызванные качеством воды;

e.повреждения, вызванные эксплуатацией, выходящей за рамки личных нужд;

f.повреждения, вызванные небрежной или неправильной эксплуатацией, а также вызванные попаданием внутрь изделия посторонних предметов, жидкостей или насекомых;

g.повреждения, вызванные воздействием высоких температур;

h.повреждения, вызванные отложением накипи вне зависимости от типа воды;

5.Потребителю может быть отказано в гарантийном обслуживании если:

a.отсутствует или не заполнен гарантийный талон;

b.стерт или поврежден серийный номер изделия;

c.вскрыты или повреждены пломбы на изделии;

d.изделие ремонтировалось вне авторизованного сервисного центра уполномоченного MorphyRichards.

6.Настоящая гарантия не ущемляет других законных прав потребителя, предоставленных ему действующим законодательством страны.
