Programming InstructionsFollow this procedure if you need to program your phone’s
phone number or system ID.
Note: Programming is normally done by a trained technician at
the site of purchase. Users should not make changes other than
ones in the following procedure.
Before programming, ask your service provider for your:
• 10-digit MIN (Mobile Identification Number)
• 8- to 15-digit IMSI (International Mobile Service Identifier)
• 8- to 15-digit MDN (Mobile Directory Number)
• 5-digit AMPS SysID number
• 5-digit CDMA SysID number

open the user activation
menu

Press SELECT (+)select NAM1

Press the keypad keys for the
10-digit MIN
open the MIN display and
enter the new MIN

Press OK (+)store the new MIN

Similarly, enter appropriate numbers for the IMSI, MDN,
AMPS SysID, and CDMA SysID

Press DONE (-)close the NAM1 list

Press BACK (-)close the user activation
