Ring Styles

When you set a ring style, you can choose from any of nine pre-set ring styles.

To set a ring style:

1From the Ring/Volume screen, ensure that SilentAll is set to Off. Then press S to scroll to any of the features that allow you to set a ringer style: Line1, Line2, or Call Alert.

2Press C under SELECT.

3With the Style field highlight, press C under CHANGE.

4Press R to scroll to the ring style you want to assign to the feature.

5To assign the ring style, press C under SELECT.

TIP:

To hear the ring style you have selected, press the volume

 

button on the side of your phone.

Notification Types

When you set a notification type, you have these options:

Ring — the phone rings to notify you.

Silent — the phone does not ring to notify you. To set a notification type:

1From the Ring/Volume screen, ensure that SilentAll is set to Off. Then press Sto scroll to any of the features on the Ring/Volume screen after SilentAll.

2Press C under SELECT.

3With the Type field highlighted, press C under CHANGE.

4Press R to scroll to the notification type you want to assign to the feature.

5To assign the notification type, press C under SELECT.
