Si vous avez oublié votre code de sécurité (initialement 000000), PIN SIM, PIN2 SIM ou le mot de passe d'interdiction d'appel, contactez votre fournisseur de services.

Si vous avez oublié votre code de déverrouillage, essayez de saisir1234 ou les quatre derniers chiffres de votre numéro de téléphone. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, procédez de la manière suivante lorsque le message Entrer code déverrou s'affiche :

1Appuyez sur passer l'option de contournement du code de déverrouillage.

2Saisissez votre code de sécurité.

Appuyez sur OK () pour valider votre code de sécurité.
