You can lock the external phone keys and touch keys when the phone flip is closed, to prevent accidental keypresses while playing a song or playlist.

To manually lock the external keys: Close the phone flip, then press and hold the side select key. The keys remain locked until you open the phone flip.

Without using Windows Media Player 11, you can manually copy or sync music files from the computer to phone memory, or to an optional microSD memory card in the phone. (To insert a memory card, see page 13).

Before you copy audio files to your phone, make sure the files are in a format the phone recognizes: AMR-NB, AMR-WB, AAC (MPEG4 AAC-LC), AAC+; Enhanced AAC+, MP3, Real Audio 8 LBR (Cook), Real Audio 8 Sipro (ACELP®.net), and Real Audio 10.
