Dialling a Number

Press M > 3KRQHERRN > entry to call N.

Note: You can also access the Phonebook from idle display by pressing S, depending on local settings.

Tip: To quickly highlight entries in your 3KRQHERRN list: If your entries are sorted by Speed No., press an entry’s speed number to highlight it. For example, press 1 5 for entry number 15. If your entries are sorted by 1DPH, 9RLFH 1DPH, or (PDLO, enter the first letter of the entry’s name to highlight it. For example, press 5 5 for the first entry that starts with “K”.

Voice Dialling a Number

Press and release the voice key, and say the entry’s name (within 2 seconds).

Sorting Phonebook Entries

Press M > 3KRQHERRN, press M > 6HWXS > 6RUW E\, then select whether you want to sort the phonebook list by 1DPH, 6SHHG 1R￿, 9RLFH 1DPH, or (PDLO.

When sorting by name, you can view $OO numbers or just the 3ULPDU\ number for each name. To set the primary number for a name, see page 74.

Viewing Entries By Category

Press M > 3KRQHERRN, press M > &DWHJRULHV, then select whether you want to view $OO entries, entries in a predefined category (%XVLQHVV, 3HUVRQDO, *HQHUDO, 9,3V), or entries in a category you created.
