To send a picture stored on your phone:

Find it: M > Messages > Create Message > New Multimedia Msg

1Scroll to the picture you want and press Insert Media.

2Enter the message text and press Send To.

3Scroll to a recipient address and press the center key s.

4Press the Send key to send the message.

record & send a video

Press M > Multimedia/Sounds > Video Camera to see the video viewfinder.

Press S up or down to zoom in or out.

Press S left or right to change brightness.
