Point the camera lens at the video subject, then:

Press		To
1	Capture	begin video recording
2	Stop	stop video recording
3	Options	view storage options
		If you choose to store the video,
	or	continue to step 4.
	Discard	delete the video and return to
		active viewfinder
4	S	scroll to Send in Message, Send >
		live!Studio or Store Only
5	Select	perform the storage option

6	Select	Send in Message
7	Keypad keys	enter a text note
		Use the navigation key to select
		an entry from your phone list.
		add a ‘one time entry’
8	Send To	select your contact(s), a
		[New Number] or a [New Email address]
9	Send	send the message
