In a text entry screen, you can press #to switch entry modes. An indicator shows which mode is active (see page 42). If Tap or Tap Extended is not set as the Primary or Secondary entry mode, see page 41.

For example, if you press 8one time, your phone displays:

DELETE (-) to
delete last

entered.
		Press OK (+) to accept
		and store text.
