Set many basic phone options:

Greeting Change the text displayed

when you turn on your

phone

Quick Dial Change quick dial number(s)

Time and Date Set the phone’s time and date

1-Touch Dial Assign the 1-touch dial feature to

numbers 1 through 9 in your phone

memory phonebook or SIM card

phonebook. (See “1-Touch Dial

Preference” on page 97.)

Auto Redial Use this option to turn on or turn off

the automatic redial feature. When

you turn on automatic redial, your

phone automatically redials calls that

fail due to busy conditions. (See

“Using Automatic Redial” on

page 33.)

Backlight Set the amount of time that the

display backlight remains on, or turn

off the backlight to conserve battery

power

Zoom Switch between six lines (Zoom Out)

and four lines (Zoom In) of display text
