	Governor adjusted correctly?	Adjust governor.
Rotational speed fluctuates.	Governor spring defective?	Replace governor spring.
	Fuel flow restricted?	Check entire fuel system for leaks
		or clogs.
	Recoil mechanism clogged with dust and	Clean recoil assembly with soap
