Q:Does the miniVox require any batteries?
A:The miniVox is powered through the USB port, and does not require any external batteries.
Q:Do I need to install any drivers for the miniVox?
A:The miniVox does not require any drivers. Just plug and play.
Q:Why can’t I hear any sound coming out of the speaker?
A:Check to make sure that “USB Audio Device” is selected as the mixer device. Then, check to make sure the speaker volume is set to a sufficient level. Please refer to the “Adjusting Speaker and Microphone Volumes” section.
Q:Why can’t the user on the other end hear what I’m saying?
A:Check to make sure that “USB Audio Device” is selected as the mixer device. Then, check to make sure the wav in volume is set to a sufficient level. Please refer to the “Adjusting Speaker and Microphone Volumes” section.
