Pedometer
Under the Utility mode, press the ►► or ◄◄ button to select the pedometer, press the M button to enter. The pedometer will record the steps one by one with the player is shaken once time. You can press
the EQ button to reset the data. Press the MENU button to exit.

From the Music function consumer has to press M button, then press right button to get to Utility. Press M, then select Pedometer.
