sound. So what sounds “nor mal” can actually be loud a nd harmful to your hearing. Guard
against this by setting y our equipment at a s afe level BEFORE your hearing adapts.
Toestablisha safe level:
a. Starty our volume control at a lows etting.
b. Slowly increase the sound until y ou can hear it comfortably and clearly, and witho ut
distortion. Once you ha vees tablished a comfortable so und level, leave it there.
