Flash compensation is also available with optional SB-910, SB-900, SB-800, SB-700, SB-600, and SB-400 flash units; in the case of all but the SB-400, it can be adjusted using the controls on the flash unit in addition to the procedure described above. The flash compensation selected with the optional flash unit is added to the flash compensation selected with the camera.
