Using the Flash

1Press the m(flash pop-up) button.

The flash pops up.

When the flash is lowered, flash mode is fixed at W(off).

2Press m(flash mode) on the multi selector.

The flash mode menu is displayed.

Basic Photography and Playback:

3Press the multi selector Hor Ito select a mode, and press the kbutton.

The icon for the selected flash mode is displayed.

When U(auto) is applied, Dis only displayed for a few seconds, regardless of the Photo info settings (A 110).

If a setting is not applied by pressing the k button within a few seconds, the selection is cancelled.

BLowering the Flash

Push the flash down gently to lower the flash until it clicks into place when not in use (A 7). 29
