Flash mode, self-timer, macro mode and exposure compensation settings cannot be adjusted after the first picture is taken. Pictures cannot be deleted, nor can zoom or image mode setting (A 93) be adjusted until all pictures in the series have been taken.

Shooting for the panorama series is terminated if the auto off function (A 122) initiates standby mode during shooting. Setting the time allowed to elapse before the auto off function is enabled to a longer setting is recommended.

Ris displayed to indicate that exposure, white balance, and focus have been locked at the values set with the first shot. All pictures taken in a panorama series have the same exposure, white balance, and focus settings.

Install Panorama Maker from the supplied Software Suite CD. Transfer pictures to a computer (A 80) and use Panorama Maker (A 83) to join them in a single panorama.
