Press the P button once to view settings, and again to make changes to settings.
Highlight items using the multi selector and press J to view options for the highlighted item.

Camera Menus
Most shooting, playback, and setup options can be accessed from the camera menus.
The multi selector and J button are used to navigate the camera menus.
