aScroll with to Download contacts and press to
select this option.
If you are operating your car kit phone using a remote SIM card,
the contacts stored in the compatible mobile phone will be
copied direct to the car kit phone. For further information, see
“User settings” on page58.
If you are operating your car kit phone using the car SIM card
inserted in the radio unit, thre e options will be available for
selection: View paired devices, Car SIM card and Search for
Bluetooth devs..
aScroll with to the desired option and press to
select it.
Paired devices with Bluetooth technology
aScroll with to the compatible mobile phone with
Bluetooth technology (name will be displayed in the list of
paired devices) whose contacts you wish to download via
the wireless Bluetooth connection to the car kit phone
memory.
aPress to begin copying the entries.
yIf you use Bluetooth techno logy functions regul arly, you can
deactivate the option "Authorisation request" in the
compatible mobile phone. T hen connections between the
devices via Bluetooth wireless technology can conveniently
be made automatically without separate acceptance or
authorisation. To do so, scroll t o the menu item View paired
devices and select the option Request authorisation and set
it to Off. For further information, see t he user’s guide
applicable for the compatible mobile phone with Bluetooth
technology that you are using.
Car SIM card
aPress to copy the contacts from the car SIM card
inserted in the radio unit to the car kit phone memory.
Searching for devices that support Bluetooth technology
aScroll with to the option Search for Bluetooth devs.
and press to select it, if you wish to carry out the
download from a device that has not yet been paired with
the car kit phone.
