Movie Playback

In full-frame playback mode (A 26), movies are recognized by the movie mode. To play a movie, display it in full-frame playback mode and press k. The icon used for movie mode will be different according to the movie settings (A 56) during shooting.

Use the zoom buttons to adjust playback volume.

Pausing

Playback controls appear at the top of the monitor. Press the rotary multi selector J or K to choose a control, then press k to perform the selected operation. The following operations are available.

			During playback
To	Press		Description
Rewind*	K	Rewind movie. Playback resumes when k is released.
Advance*	L	Advance movie. Playback resumes when k is released.
		Pause playback.
		While paused, use the rotary multi selector to advance or rewind the movie.
		The following operations can be performed while playback is paused.
Pause	O	M	Rewind movie by one frame. Rewind continues while k
			is pressed.
		N	Advance movie by one frame. Advance continues while
			k is pressed.
		P	Resume playback.
End	Q	End playback and return to full-frame playback.

* Rotating the rotary multi selector also advances or rewinds the movie.

Movies

Deleting Movie Files

Press lwhen playing a movie, or when displayed in full-frame playback mode (A 26), or when selected in thumbnail (A43) playback mode and thumbnail rotary display (A 44). A confirmation dialog is displayed. Choose [Yes] and press kto delete the movie, or choose [No] and press kto return to the normal playback display without deleting the movie.
