ASSEMBLY and USE
After Taking the Unit Out of the Box:
CAUTION- first make sure you put the griddle on a surface that will not be affected by heat!

5.Plug the power cord/temperature control into the griddle first with controls in the UP position, making sure the control is in the OFF position. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet and turn switch to the ON position.
6.Put foods that you want to keep warm in the drawer and slide under warm griddle until ready to serve.
PLEASE NOTE- when first used, there might be a little smoke, which is normal from first application

You can make grill cheese, eggs, hash browns, pork chops, chicken, steak, and many things. Most meats cook at 400 F.
CLEANING: CAUTION - DO NOT PUT BASE IN DISHWASHER
1.Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
2.Always allow griddle to cool before cleaning. Never immerse in water

4.Wash drip and warming tray with warm soap. Wipe plastic base with a damp cloth.
5.To prolong the life of your non stick coating- never stack objects other than food on the surface and never use a metal spatula or metal tongs to turn or flip foods.
