Thank you for purchasing this NON-STICK GRIDDLE WITH WARMING DRAWER
. This unit is made of die cast aluminum for even heat and coated with a non-stick coating. The handles are heat resistant. It has a drawer to catch fat and grease and another larger drawer to keep foods warm.

The detachable plug has a thermostat on it to select the desired heat setting to cook your foods.
