INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR R ETRO CHOCOL A T E HEAVEN™ FOR FONDUE FUN
First, find a stable s urface near an el ectrical outlet bef ore starting. (Make s ure your cord is
away from any water source. If neede d, it is acceptable t o use an extension c ord.)
1. Plug the unit in . The red power li ght on the front of t he unit should co me on.
2. Add 2 tablespo ons of oil (vegetabl e oil, coconut oil, whichever oil you pre fer).
3. Add 1-1/2 cups ( fill to 3/4 of ceram ic pot) of chocolat e chips, stir.
4. Place the lid o n the unit. Let mel t for 5 minutes.
5. Remove lid, an d stir.
6. Continue check ing and stirring th e chips periodically.
7. For best consistency, add more oil , a t abl es p oo n at a t im e, if nec essary.
8. Within 15 to 20 minutes, your chocolate delight should be smooth and creamy,
and ready for dipping y our favorite snacks.
9. When your fo ndue session is over , unplug the unit to turn off the power .
10. Let the ceramic pot cool before cl eaning.

First, find a stable s urface near an el ectrical outlet bef ore starting. (Make s ure your cord is
away from any water source. If neede d, it is acceptable t o use an extension c ord.)
A. Plug the unit in. The red power light on the f ront of the unit s hould come on.
B. Add 2 tablespoons of oil (v egetable oil, coco nut oil, whichever o il you prefer).
C. Add 1-1/2 cups (fill to 3/4 of c eramic pot) of choc olate chips, stir .
D. Place the lid on the unit. Le t melt for 5 minutes .
E. Remove lid, and stir.
F. Continue checking a nd stirring the chips periodically.
G. For best consistency, add more oil, a tablespoon at a ti me, if necessary.
H. Within 15 to 20 minutes, your chocolate delight should be smooth and creamy, and
ready to make candies and lollipops.
I. Choose the mold or molds you w is h to us e for c an dy piec es .
J. You can add chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, cherr ies or whatever you choose, to
the mold before add ing the melted choc olate.
K. Once you have inserted y our additions to the mold, then you can use a spoon filled
with chocolate, and carefully fill the molds with melted ch ocolate.
L. Once filled, let t he molds sit until t he chocolate has b ecome solid again.
M. When cool and solid, turn the molds upside down over a piece of waxed or parchment
paper or a plate and gently press on the mold to remove th e candies.
