7.Unbalanced inputs- Connect mixer outputs with ¼” input plugs for right and left channels.

8.Balanced inputs- Connect a balanced signal through XLR input connectors. These should be used for all long cable runs. Please note: Pin 1 Ground, Pin 2 Positive (+), Pin 3 Negative (-)

9.Stereo/Bridge Mode Switch- Bridged mono operation is easily achieved and gives you the output power of both channels on just one mono output. For successful bridge operation, follow these instructions:

Set the Mode Selector to Bridge.

Connect a mono input signal to right input jack, channel 1.

Use only the terminal post outputs for speaker wiring, not the Speakon outputs. Connect the speaker load to the red terminals of each channel. Please confirm the (+) terminal of speaker to channel Right and the (+) terminal to channel Left. Do not use the black terminals of each channel.

The minimum load impedance in bridge mode is 8 Ohm.

To adjust level use channel 2 control and leave channel 1 level at zero.

10.Ground/Lift-Switch-To eliminate the ground loops between this amplifier and a preamplifier. Never remove the center grounding pin of the AC plug!

11.Output Terminals- Output connections are to binding posts, which are identified as to polarity with a red and a black terminal. We suggest the use of dual banana plugs as a convenient and reliable method of hook-up. They allow rapid removal for polarity reversals, which is handy in the check-out and adjustment of multi-element biamplified and triamplified sound systems. Heavy Class 11 wire may be used by unscrewing the large plastic portion of the output terminal and inserting the wire into the hole provided. It is extremely important when making wire connections that no wire strand or end touches the adjacent terminal, shorting the output. Please do not use these outputs simultaneously with the speakon outputs, only alternatively.

CAUTION: Never strap the two red output terminals together (in parallel). Never connect either red output to chassis ground.

12.Speakon outputs. For better contact security, use of these outputs is strongly recommended in all applications, especially mobile systems. Do not use these outputs simultaneously with the output terminals, only alternatively. Note the correct pin designation for the used speakon connectors: pos=1 + / neg = 1- / 2+, 2- not connected.

13.Fuse holder. This fuse holder contains AC primary fuse. Fuse should be replaced by same type fuse when this is blown out. Disconnect the amplifier from AC mains before replacing a fuse. If they continuously blow, stop replacing fuse and refer servicing to qualified personnel.

14.AC Power cord socket. Plug-in the supplied AC cord here and connect it into an AC outlet.

Numark Industries is renowned for its innovative products in the realm of audio and DJ equipment, and their NPA3300 and NPA6600 amplifiers stand out as considerable additions to their lineup. These amplifiers target both professional DJs and audio enthusiasts who require reliable power and exceptional sound quality.

The NPA3300 is a compact yet powerful amplifier that delivers a solid 3300 watts of peak power. This unit is designed to handle the demands of both live performances and installations, offering a strong output capable of driving a range of speaker systems. One of the key features of the NPA3300 is its class D amplifier topology, which provides not only high efficiency but also reduced heat generation, allowing for extended use without the risk of overheating.

On the other hand, the NPA6600 amplifies the experience with an impressive 6600 watts of peak power. This model is tailored for larger venues and professional settings where sound requirements are more demanding. Similar to its smaller counterpart, the NPA6600 employs class D technology, ensuring a lightweight design coupled with efficient energy use, translating to lower operational costs over time.

Both amplifiers come equipped with advanced protection circuitry designed to prevent speaker damage due to overheating, short-circuits, and signal clipping. This feature enhances the reliability of the units during intense performance situations, giving users peace of mind.

Connectivity is another important aspect of the NPA series. The NPA3300 and NPA6600 include multiple input options, allowing for versatile integration into any existing sound system. Their balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS inputs ensure compatibility with a broad range of audio sources.

Furthermore, both models feature an intuitive LCD display that provides essential information such as input levels and operational status. This user-friendly interface assists in monitoring performance and enables quick adjustments during live events.

In summary, Numark Industries has successfully developed the NPA3300 and NPA6600 amplifiers, each boasting powerful output and efficient design. With advanced protection features, versatile connectivity options, and easy-to-read displays, both models cater to the needs of both DJs and audio professionals, ensuring unparalleled sound performance in any environment. These amplifiers reflect Numark's commitment to quality and innovation in the audio industry.
