Note to CATV system installer:

This reminder is provided to call the CATV system installer’s attention to Section 820-40 of the NEC, which provides guidelines for proper grounding and, in particular, specifies that the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding systems of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as practical.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device , pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These Limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will occur in a particular Installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

1)Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

2)Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.

3)Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

4)Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Warranty

NUVO Technologies warrants this product to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions.

-Defects caused by wear and tear, misuse, or neglect are not covered by this warranty.

-This warranty will be void if:

a. The unit has been altered or modified. b. The serial number has been removed or

defaced.

c. Original purchase is not from an Authorized NUVO Dealer.

d. The warranty card is not completely filled out and mailed within 10 days of the original purchase.

Neither NUVO Technologies nor NUVO dealers are liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in or failure of NUVO Technologies products. This warranty gives the original owner of NUVO Technologies products specific legal rights, and he or she may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, expressed or implied, except as may be otherwise required by law.
