*1 When the subject is dark, noise reduction is automatically activated. This approximately doubles the shooting time during which no other pictures can be taken.

[e-Portrait] can not be applied to RAW images.

When RAW or RAW+JPEG photos are taken using [e-Portrait], two images will be recorded: a RAW image and an X-quality (2560×1920) JPEG to which effects have been applied.

When JPEG is set in [e-Portrait], two images are saved, one from before application of the effect (with set picture quality) and the other from after application of the effect (X (2560×1920)).

Taking a multiple exposure ([0Multi. Exposure] mode)

1Use FG to highlight [0Multi. Exposure] and press A.

2Press the shutter button to take the first exposure.

The first exposure is displayed in the background.

To retake the first exposure, press the mbutton and then press the shutter button again.

3Frame the next exposure against the background of the first and press the shutter button.

This creates the multiple exposure.
