2.0Product Disassembly Process
2.1Listed below are the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials requiring selective treatment:
1 | Remove ‘switch button’ & all external plastics from ‘main housing’ of |

| headset (use long nose pliers) |
|
| Dispose of ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling laws |
|
|
|
|
2 | Remove ‘speaker assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset & |
|
| disassemble ‘speaker’ from plastic housing (use long nose pliers) |
|
| Dispose of ‘speaker’ & ‘plastics’ in accordance with local recycling |
|

|
|
|
3 | Remove ‘PCB & Battery assembly’ from ‘main housing’ of headset |
|
| (use long nose pliers) |
|
| Dispose of ‘main housing’ plastics in accordance with local recycling |

4 | Cut ‘battery’ leads and detach from ‘PCB’ (use cutter pliers) |
|
