■ Polling a Confidential Document

After you have been informed that someone has

transmitted a confidential document to a remote station's

 

mailbox, you can poll the confidential document from the

 

remote station by following the procedure below.

•If you make a mistake, press Clear key to delete entries one digit at a time.

NOTE

1.The confidential file will be erased automatically after being polled.

2.If your machine receives two confidential faxes with same confidential code, both documents are stored together in the same confidential mailbox.
